PHD on Sciences of Management with more than decade of experience at high level position, Dr Malick Diallo is the current Human Resource in Health MoH Director responsible of strategy definition for high skill human resource availability to respond to the ecosystem need.
Dr Malick Diallo ensure also the position of Expert evaluator for the National Authority for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, Research, and Innovation (ANAQ-Sup).
He is active member of the Saint-Louis Laboratory for Management Studies and Research, with several articles and papers published in the field of management sciences, particularly human resources management. He has conducted several researches of which covering employability, entrepreneurship and ecosystem:
