Dr. Gregory is a physician–leader and health systems executive with specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynecology and subspecialty expertise in Gynecologic Oncology. He currently serves as CECM for Health in Kisumu County, where he led a 30% reduction in maternal mortality, strengthened emergency obstetric care, and pioneered the Kisumu Social Health Insurance Scheme (MARWA).
Previously, he was Director of Medical Services and Deputy CEO at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital (JOOTRH), leading clinical governance reforms and integration of research and service delivery. At the national level, he serves as Board Member and Chair of the Technical Implementation Committee at the Kenya Digital Health Agency, supporting digital health scale-up and system interoperability.
Dr. Ganda has championed maternal and newborn health initiatives, including establishing the Maternal and Perinatal Indicators Committee, guiding interventions to reduce maternal and perinatal mortality.
