Eng. Antony Lenaiyara is a seasoned public sector executive with 15+ years’ experience leading digital transformation, ICT infrastructure development, and health data governance As the CEO of the Digital Health Agency, Eng. Lenaiyara leads Kenya’s national digital health agenda, advancing UHC digitization, institutional reforms, and data-driven decision-making. Recognized for policy innovation, institutional strengthening, and multi-sector partnerships, he has improved healthcare access, safeguarded critical infrastructure, and enhanced government service delivery consistently aligning technology to national priorities and delivering measurable citizen impact. Eng. Lenaiyara has previously worked at the ICT Authority where he led implementation of critical National Digital projects.
He is the Chair, Inter-agency committee on Digital Health, Digital Superhighway & eGovernment Services. Also, a member of Association of Computing Practitioners of Kenya and Institution of Engineers of Kenya.
