Kenneth is a public health leader and policy expert with a Masters in Public Health (MPH) and a PhD in progress in Community Health Financing at Strathmore University. He has held senior positions across public and private institutions, including the Ministry of Health Kenya, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Living Goods, D-Tree International, Medtronic LABS, Sightsavers, and the Wellcome Trust, where he led strategic planning, policy development, and technical guidance across Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (RMNCH), HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and Community Health systems.
Kenneth has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of national frameworks, including the Community Health Strategy (2020–2025) and the Electronic Community Health Information System (ECHIS), supporting the capacity building of over 3,000 Community Health Workers. He has also contributed to national policy dialogue, including the Persons With Disabilities Bill 2023, and champions social inclusion, equity, and innovative approaches to health systems strengthening.
